adidas’ A-ZX series has delivered not only interesting collaborations but also some visually innovative inline designs. The brand’s latest, which borrows the frame of the beloved ZX 6000, turns its silhouette’s constructions “Inside Out,” exposing its foam as well as the stitch that makes up its oft-hidden side.
The Three Stripes along the profile are slimmed down dramatically, accented along its edge with zig-zag darning. Forward, many of the typical overlays forego leather and suede for translucent film, an execution that brings further attention to the yellow foam padding across the toe box as well as the blue-print fabrication underneath. Heel counters opt for a very similar look, though its under layers are more visually busy as they create a yellow-dotted pattern thanks to the perforations.
Grab a detailed look at these here and expect a release to hit adidas.com on December 4th.
